Primo cleaning services knows that each and every customer will have different requirements, which is why we will send our supervisor out to meet you before we begin our initial first clean. This helps us to find out your expectations and tailor our services to meet your requirements so we can hit the ground running.

We will supply our own cleaning equipment and products to use in your home, or use yours if you prefer? We will of course discuss this with you during our initial meeting.

Our hands-on management team will make regular contacts with you and the cleaner to ensure that we are complying with the correct cleaning standards and that you are totally happy with your home domestic cleaning services.
