Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?
We ask that small or lightweight items are moved where possible. Larger furniture can usually stay in place, and we’ll clean around it as best we can.
Do I need to vacuum before carpet cleaning?
No — it’s not essential. We’ll vacuum as part of the cleaning process, but if you’ve already done so, that’s always helpful.
Should cushions or throws be removed before upholstery cleaning?
