What’s included in a regular clean?
Our regular cleans include kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general tidying. When we first visit your property, a member of our management team will go through everything with you and answer any questions you may have.
Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?
We ask that surfaces are reasonably clear so we can clean effectively, but we completely understand busy homes and will always work around everyday living.
Do you offer one-off or deep cleaning services?
Yes — we offer one-off and deep cleaning services, as well as regular cleaning.
How often can you clean my home?
We offer flexible cleaning schedules to suit your home. The majority of our customers have weekly or fortnightly cleans, with a small handful having monthly.
Can you tailor your cleaning services to our home?
Absolutely. All of our cleaning services are tailored to your home, schedule, and specific requirements.
Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes — all cleaning supplies and equipment are included in our price. If you’d prefer us to use your own products, we’re more than happy to do so.

How do I get a quote?
Simply complete the Get a Free Quote form on our website. One of our team will be in touch by phone or email to learn a bit more about your needs. We’ll then arrange a convenient time to visit your property, take a proper look around, and provide an accurate quote.
How long will my clean take?
Every home is different, so timings depend on the size of your home and what you’d like cleaned. We’ll talk this through and confirm timings during the initial visit.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
Not at all. We already hold keys, key safes, and alarm codes for many of our customers and will always ensure your home is securely locked once we’ve finished the clean.
Who will be my main point of contact?
You’ll have a dedicated point of contact within our management team for any questions, feedback, or requests. You’ll also get to know the cleaning team who visit your home, so you can speak to them directly if you ever need anything.
Scheduling & Flexibility
What happens if I need to skip, change, or add a clean?
If you give us as much notice as possible, we’ll do our best to help. We can usually move your clean to a different day or time, depending on availability. While we can’t always guarantee additional cleans, we’ll always try to help — the more notice you give, the more chance we have of fitting you in.

Are you fully insured?
Yes — we are fully insured, including public liability insurance.
Are your cleaners trained and experienced?
Absolutely. Every member of our team completes a comprehensive induction and is trained to deliver consistently high standards.
Do you run background checks on employees?
Yes — all of our staff are employed subject to passing a DBS check.
Will I have the same cleaning team each visit?
While we can’t guarantee the same team on every clean, we’re only a small team, so you’ll get to know us within just a few visits.

How do you ensure high-quality cleaning every time?
All of our cleaners are trained to a high standard. When we first meet with you, we take the time to understand your home and note any specific requirements. This information is shared with the cleaning team, along with a detailed cleaning checklist, to ensure every area is cleaned on every visit.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the service?
Please contact us straight away by phone or email. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and the sooner you let us know, the quicker we can put things right.
