Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No — we’re happy to clean outside of working hours. We regularly manage keys and access for our clients, and all access arrangements are agreed at the start of the contract.

You’ll have a dedicated point of contact within our management team for any questions, feedback, or requests.

Scheduling & Flexibility

What happens if I need to skip, change, or add a clean?
If you give us as much notice as possible, we’ll do our best to help. We can usually move your clean to a different day or time, depending on availability. While we can’t always guarantee additional cleans, we’ll always try to help — the more notice you give, the more chance we have of fitting you in.

What times do you provide cleaning?
We offer flexible cleaning times, including early mornings, evenings, and out-of-hours cleaning to suit your business.

This information is shared with the cleaning team, along with a detailed cleaning checklist, to ensure every area is cleaned on every visit.

Do you conduct inspections or follow-up checks?
We do. Our management team regularly inspects our commercial sites to maintain high standards, and we stay in touch with your point of contact to make sure you’re happy and see if there’s anything else we can help with.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the service?
