Carpet Cleaning Services

At Primo Cleaning Services, we offer professional carpet cleaning with a focus on quality and reliability. Whether you need a single room in your home cleaned or require services for larger commercial spaces like office blocks or factories, we’ve got you covered.

We’ve invested in the latest Airflex carpet cleaning technology, and our certified, experienced team ensures your carpets get the best care possible. From removing everyday dirt to tackling tough stains, we’ll give your carpets a fresh lease of life and make your space look and feel cleaner.

How We Clean Your Carpets

Our unique five-step carpet cleaning process is designed to remove dirt and grime deep within the fabric, leaving your carpets looking and feeling fresh. The results will make your carpets feel like new, but at a fraction of the cost of replacing them.

Our experienced, fully trained team is dedicated to restoring your carpets to their best possible condition, depending on wear. We use only the highest-quality products that are safe for children and pets.

While we use a variety of methods and equipment depending on the job, our most popular system is the professional wet extraction process. For the best results, we typically use the Airflex Pro 220 machine.

Our Carpet Cleaning Process

STEP 1: Pre-Vacuum
We start by thoroughly vacuuming all areas to be cleaned using an industrial-strength vacuum to remove loose dirt and debris.

STEP 2: Pre-Conditioning
Next, we apply professional cleaning solutions, which may include heavy traffic treatments, spot treatments, or deodorisers, depending on the specific needs of your carpet.

STEP 3: Agitation
Our team use a rotary brush to work the solution into the carpet fibers, ensuring a deep and thorough clean.

STEP 4: Extraction
Using an industrial-strength, high-pressure extraction machine, we flush out the remaining dirt and cleaning solutions, leaving the carpet fresh and clean with a specially formulated rinse.

STEP 5: Protection
To finish, we offer a stain protection service that creates an invisible barrier, helping to keep your carpets cleaner for longer.
